HOW OUR RENTALS WORK

2. Send Us Your Request

Email info@deebazevents.com with:

Item names & quantities
Event date
Pick-up or delivery preference

3. Pick-Up or Delivery

Let us know if you will pick up your items or need delivery.

Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Pick-up location: Overland Park, KS

4. Invoice & Payment

You will receive an invoice within 12–24 hours.
Your rental date is not secured until the deposit is received.

5. Pick-Up & Return Timeline

Items may be picked up up to 2 days before your event
Items must be returned within 2 days after your event

6. Damage & Security Policy

A refundable damage-deposit may be required. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Fees may apply for damaged, missing, or late-returned items.

Minimum order may apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit is required to reserve and secure your event date. Once a date has been reserved, it may no longer be available to other clients.

If you cancel your rental or event, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable due to the reservation of your date, administrative work, preparation, and potential loss of other bookings.

This policy applies to all deposits and direct deposits/payments made to reserve rentals or event services. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
